About this event
The U.S. Small Business Administration as a Creditor: Dealing with EIDLs, PPPs and Other SBA Loans In and Out Bankruptcy
Presented by Gil Hopenstand and Anne C. Manalili
Many business owners have small business loans from the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), and that number grew sharply during the pandemic. Join SBA counsel for an overview of SBA’s different loan types, options for small businesses when they face financial distress, what happens when an SBA borrower/guarantor files for bankruptcy, and various issues that arise with SBA loans in bankruptcy, such as misuse of proceeds. We personally guarantee an informative session.
