Ever wondered, what a Legal Paraprofessional (LP) can and cannot do under the rules? Suppose there is a LP helping the other side, and you just received an email from a Legal Paraprofessional representing the opposing party in a case, what are the rules? How do you handle it?. Is this your first contact with an LP? Are you wondering what role the LP will play in the case? Explore these questions and more.
