POP-UP CLE: Chapter 13 Bankruptcies in Southern Arizona:  Getting to the Finish Line

About this event

Business Closure: Dissolution, Bankruptcy or Both?

Presented by Lisa Thompson, Staff Attorney for Dianne C. Kerns, Chapter 13 Trustee

From the beginning of the case through discharge, how do you get your clients across the finish line in Southern Arizona?

This seminar is designed to facilitate a smoother confirmation process by detailing the expectations and policies of the Chapter 13 Trustee’s Office in Southern Arizona. Bring yourself, bring your staff, bring your questions, and come learn some of the things I have learned as Chapter 13 Staff Counsel that I wish I had known before.

OPEN TO ALL
