On August 24, 2022, the Biden-Harris Administration announced its student debt relief plan which includes: $10,000 - $20,000 debt cancellation and various new programs to ELIGIBLE borrowers. THE TIME IS NOW to determine if you, your clients, your friends or your family are eligible for the relief that is being provided. There will be no more relief offered. October 31, 2022 is just one of the upcoming deadlines to apply for public student loan forgiveness. The recount/audit of every student loan borrower's account starts in October and it will allow borrowers previously on ineligible programs to count payments made under those programs as part of the correct program. Payments on all student loans resume January 1, 2023. This seminar will provide an overview of the student loan relief that is now available and the time-sensitive actions that need to be taken.
