The provisions of General Order 20-3 have been extended to March 31, 2021. 

VIDEO CONFERENCING GUIDELINES DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC.

If you are scheduled to appear for a ZoomGov hearing, the Court holds the necessary Zoom for Government licenses. Lawyers and witnesses do not need to purchase Zoom software or a license to participate in a trial or evidentiary hearing. There is no fee to participate, but regular telephone toll charges apply if the audio portion is accessed by phone. Judge Eddward P. Ballinger, Jr.

In accordance with General Order 20-3, signed March 18, 2020, all non-evidentiary hearings before Judge Ballinger, through March 31, 2021, will be conducted telephonically. To make your appearance call 877-810-9415, access code 1064631, several minutes before the hearing.


Please note that General Order 20-3 vacates all trials and evidentiary hearings scheduled through March 31, 2021, unless otherwise ordered. all such matters will be continued to later dates.


Judge Daniel P. Collins

In accordance with General Order 20-3, all non-evidentiary hearings before Judge Collins, through March 31, 2021, will be conducted telephonically. To make your appearance call 877-873-8018, access code 7217155, several minutes before the hearing.

Judge Scott H. Gan
Please note that the Sixth Extension of General Order 20-3 VACATES all in-person trials and evidentiary hearings scheduled through March 31, 2021, unless otherwise ordered or until alternate arrangements for trial or evidentiary appearances can be accommodated. For questions or concerns please contact Teresa Mattingly at Teresa_Mattingly@azb.uscourts.gov.       

Effective as of 8/4/20 all routine hearings held before the Honorable Scott H. Gan are to be conducted by videoconference. A notice will issue with all the relevant information. All interested parties who wish to enter their appearance or address the Court are to appear for the videoconference hearing through the Zoom platform. All participants are encouraged to review the Video Conference Hearing Guidelines posted at the Court’s website on the front page.   


Judge Brenda K. Martin
Pursuant to General Orders 20-3 and 20-4, all parties are to appear telephonically for hearings by calling (877) 336-1829, access code 5564497, several minutes before the hearing. For questions or concerns, please contact Liz Pascua at Liz_Pascua@azb.uscourts.gov. 

Judge Paul Sala
In accordance with General Order 20-3 signed March 18, 2020, parties shall appear telephonically at all non-evidentiary hearings by calling (877) 402-9757 access code 4376956, several minutes before the hearing. Please send a courtesy notice to Courtroom Deputy Margaret Kelly at margaret_kelly@azb.uscourts.gov(link sends e-mail) to confirm your appearance.

Judge Madeleine C. Wanslee

General Order 20-3 directs all parties to appear telephonically at non-evidentiary hearings, until further notice. Please call (877) 402-9753, Access code 7471798, several minutes before the hearing and send a courtesy notice to Courtroom Deputy Christina Johnson at Christina_Johnson@azb.uscourts.gov(link sends e-mail) to confirm your appearance.

Please note that General Order 20-3 VACATES all trials and evidentiary hearings currently scheduled between March 18, 2020 to March 31, 2021, unless otherwise ordered.

VIDEOCONFERENCING GUIDELINES:
All videoconference participants must review the local guidelines found at http://azb.uscourts.gov/sites/default/files/videoconferenceguidelines.pdf. There is no fee to participate in a videoconference hearing as the Court holds the necessary Zoom for Government licenses.

Any party wishing to participate in a videoconference hearing by telephone only and not video may do so by calling (877) 402-9753, Access Code 7471798, several minutes before the hearing.

Chief Judge Brenda Moody Whinery

In accordance with General Order 20-3 signed March 18, 2020 and extended on November 10, 2020, interested parties shall appear via videoconference or telephone for all hearings scheduled through March 31, 2021. Consult the pleading that set the hearing to determine how to appear for the hearing. Please confirm your appearance by sending an email to Courtroom Deputy Rebecca Volz, at Rebecca_Volz@azb.uscourts.gov at least three (3) business days prior to your hearing. The email is to include the full name of the person appearing and that person's relationship to the case, the case name, and the case number.
