Scott Hyder, a recently appointed Chapter 7 panel trustee, will discuss practical best practices for debtor’s counsel when working with Chapter 7 trustees. The program will address common issues and recurring mistakes made by debtors and their attorneys, and provide an overview of how a Chapter 7 trustee approaches case administration and decision-making. Scott will also answer questions from attendees and provide guidance on how to navigate trustee inquiries more efficiently.
Scott is encouraging everyone to send questions, concerns or topics before the program. Please send to Ddrain@DianeDrain.com and she will compile them so they are anonymous.
